An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with 3+ years' experience to join a successful and growing property team in Stevenage. The firm has built a loyal client base and continues to attract a steady flow of high-quality residential property work, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer seeking their next long-term move.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Equity release matters
• Land purchases
• Other residential property transactions

You will work closely with support staff to ensure matters are progressed efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction process.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives, develop client relationships and play a key role in the continued success of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' experience handling a broad residential conveyancing caseload.
• Comfortable managing matters independently whilst maintaining excellent client service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
