This role would suit a Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious firm. You'll enjoy a varied caseload, strong support infrastructure, and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of transactions including:

✅ Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
✅ Remortgages
✅ Transfers of Equity
✅ New Build Transactions
✅ Shared Ownership Matters
✅ Right to Buy Transactions
✅ Help to Buy Matters
✅ Property Portfolio Work

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of client care.

About You

✔ Qualified Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE in Residential Property
✔ Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
✔ Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
✔ Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
