The Role

You will work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of private family law, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Emergency injunctions
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Schedule 1 Children Act applications

You will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise whilst building strong relationships with clients during what are often some of the most important periods of their lives.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE gained within a well-regarded Family Law department.
• Strong experience across a range of private family law matters, including divorce, finances and children work.
• Ambitious, personable and keen to play an active role in business development and the continued growth of a successful specialist practice.
