The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with over 1 years' PQE to join its successful Private Client team in High Wycombe on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer looking for greater flexibility while continuing to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while working directly alongside and reporting to the Head of Department. Working closely with an experienced and respected Private Client specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build long-term client relationships and play an important role in the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.
• Providing high-quality, practical and client-focused legal advice.
• Working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Department.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Private Client team.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

You will likely have:

• Over 1 years' PQE within Private Client law.
• Experience managing or assisting with Private Client matters including Wills and Probate.
• Strong client care and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• A proactive and professional approach to your work.
