The Role

You will advise on a wide range of employment law matters, including:

• Day-to-day employment advisory work for employer clients
• Complex disciplinaries, grievances and workplace investigations
• Tribunal litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims
• Senior executive exits and negotiated settlements
• Restrictive covenant, confidentiality and team move matters
• Corporate support work, including TUPE and employment aspects of transactions
• Large-scale restructurings, redundancy programmes and workforce change projects
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and incentive documentation
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with between 3-6 years' PQE in employment law
• Strong experience gained at a recognised employment, boutique or full-service commercial firm
• Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
