A growing and forward thinking regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding residential conveyancing team based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer or residential property lawyer to join a firm offering strong earning potential, dedicated support, and modern new office space.
The firm will be moving into new, spacious premises in Eastbourne within the next two months, providing an upgraded working environment for the growing team.
Residential Property Fee Earner - The Role
This residential conveyancing position involves managing your own caseload of residential property matters, supported by a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on fee earning and client service.
Work will include a full range of residential property transactions, such as:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Client communication and transaction management
- Working closely with support staff to ensure efficient file progression
This is a fully office based role (no hybrid or remote working), suited to candidates who value team collaboration and an in office working environment.
Salary, Bonus & Benefits
This Residential Property Fee Earner role offers a highly competitive and transparent remuneration structure:
- Basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped monthly bonus: 30% of billings over £10,000 per month, paid monthly

Residential Property Fee Earner Requirements
To be considered for this Residential Property Fee Earner job in Eastbourne, you will have:
- Experience working as a Residential Property Fee Earner, Conveyancer, or Residential Property Lawyer
- Ability to manage residential conveyancing files independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and professional approach to client service
- Willingness to work fully office based
