The Opportunity

An established law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its Residential Property team as an Assistant Head Conveyancer.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will support the day-to-day management and future growth of the team while maintaining your own conveyancing caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and progressive firm.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
* Supporting the Head of Department with team management and performance.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
* Monitoring workloads and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
* Assisting with business development and client relationship management.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.

You Will Likely Have:

* A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Residential Property.
* Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills.
* Previous supervisory experience or an interest in progressing into leadership.
* A proactive and organised approach to work.
