Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Wokingham

A well-established and growing law firm in Wokingham is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property team.

The successful candidate will manage their own varied residential caseload, providing a high level of client care while working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters
• Handling files from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
• Providing clear and regular updates to clients
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

About You

You will ideally have 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, or equivalent experience as a FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer, with strong residential conveyancing experience.

You will be organised, commercially aware and client-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines.
