An established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing team.

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions and other general conveyancing matters. The role offers plenty of client contact, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships and providing a high standard of service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Well organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.
