The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX) to join its thriving Residential Property department.

You will manage your own varied caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional development and exceptional client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Registered and unregistered land
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy team
