The Role

You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills tailored to clients' individual circumstances and objectives
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wider estate planning strategies
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through the delivery of high-quality, practical legal advice
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of client care

About You

The successful candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
• Knowledgeable in wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration
• Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• A strong communicator with a personable and client-focused approach
• Organised, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service
