Salary: £48,000-£75,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days from home

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established team in Romsey.

The Role

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Residential conveyancing
• First-time buyer matters
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Leasehold transactions
• Residential property investment
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property-related disputes
• Liaising with lenders and other third parties
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

You will also:

• Manage your own caseload
• Provide clear and practical legal advice
• Keep clients informed at every stage
• Develop strong client relationships
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm
• Make effective use of technology and modern working practices
• Contribute to the success and development of the Residential Property team

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within Residential Property / Conveyancing
• Experience managing an independent caseload
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively under pressure
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence dealing with clients, lenders and third parties
• A collaborative approach to working within a team
