A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive looking to take ownership of a quality caseload while joining a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and introducers
• Play an active role in the continued growth of the office and wider property department

About You

• 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
