A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team in Chelmsford.

The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to deliver an exceptional client experience

About You

• Experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
