The Role
You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Lifetime planning and wealth preservation
Working closely with clients, you will provide clear, practical and empathetic advice, supporting individuals and families through significant life events and often complex personal circumstances.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE and experience handling a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection work.
- An excellent communicator who delivers outstanding client care with professionalism, empathy and sensitivity.
- A proactive team player who enjoys building lasting client relationships and contributing to the success of a collaborative and ambitious team.
