The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills & Estate Planning
• Probate & Estate Administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deputyship Applications
• Trust Administration

Alongside advising clients on often complex and sensitive matters, you will work closely with a network of professional contacts while contributing to business development and the continued success of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
