This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced tax lawyer to lead on high-profile cases, provide strategic tax advice, and mentor junior colleagues. The role offers exposure to corporate transactions, M&A, restructuring, financing, tax disputes, and real estate tax planning, with the chance to work on cross-border matters alongside global teams.

  • Advise on corporate tax planning, M&A, financing, and restructuring projects
  • Provide guidance on real estate tax structuring, property investment, and development projects
  • Handle tax disputes, litigation, VAT, and customs matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues in corporate, finance, and real estate practices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership in tax law
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and trainees

🎯 Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor in tax law
  • Strong technical expertise in UK and international tax, with a focus on real estate transactions
  • Experience in transactional tax and/or tax litigation
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Commercial awareness with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
