The Role
This is a strategic hire within the Oxford office, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Employment practice in the region.
You will:
- Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Support and grow an existing client base while developing new business opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas
- Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the firm
About You
- An experienced Employment Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of employment law
- A proven or developing track record in business development
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and interest in team development
