An award-winning national law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. While the role is London-based, you will work closely with the wider team headquartered outside the capital, offering the best of both worlds: high-quality work, strong collaboration, and exceptional flexibility.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to work within a recognised, dynamic, and expanding Private Client department handling high-value and complex matters for UK and international clients. The Role

You will take on a broad and sophisticated caseload including:

• High-value estate administration (including complex and cross-border estates)
• Trust creation, administration, and restructuring
• Tax and succession planning for HNW and UHNW individuals
• Wills, LPAs, and advising on capacity matters
• Advising business owners, entrepreneurs, families, and international clients
• Supervising junior team members and contributing to departmental development
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management

This role offers excellent autonomy and scope to grow your profile within the national team.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in Private Client work (typically 7+ PQE), with strong technical ability
• A solid background in advising HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong knowledge of tax, trusts, and estate planning matters
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Experience supervising or supporting more junior lawyers
• A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development
• The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player

STEP membership or progress towards STEP is highly desirable.

Location & Working Model

• London-based role working closely with the wider national team
• Very flexible hybrid arrangements
• Occasional travel to the team's main office for meetings and collaboration
