A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to take over an existing caseload and further grow your practice within a supportive and commercially aware team.

Role Overview

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales, purchases, and re-mortgages on freehold and leasehold property

• Lease extensions

• Transfers of equity and part transfers

• Small development sales

About You

• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential property

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor

• Strong technical knowledge of Residential Property

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Commercially aware, proactive, and self-motivated

• Flexible and team-oriented approach to client service
