Senior Associate - Property

Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its diverse Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer looking to step into a genuine leadership role within a respected practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, mortgagee-in-possession and receivership matters

• Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• Work closely with senior leadership on departmental strategy and service innovation

About You

• Minimum 7 years PQE in residential and commercial property

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
