Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Supporting business development initiatives and office growth

We're Looking For:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
• Proactive, commercially aware approach
• A following of work is desirable but not essential
