The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of residential property matters - from complex freehold and leasehold transactions to remortgages and transfers of equity. Working closely with experienced partners, you will play an active role in delivering tailored advice, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially minded legal advice.

  • Support partners on complex or high-value matters, ensuring service excellence at every stage.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client networking.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and strengthen the firm's internal referral network.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 3-4 years' PQE.
  • Proven experience in residential property law, ideally with London or high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent client-handling and communication skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with ambition to develop and grow within a leading firm.

Why Join
