A highly regarded and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join its successful property team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and client-focused legal professional to become part of a firm known for its high standards, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will handle a varied and high-quality residential property caseload, working with a diverse client base ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals, investors and developers. The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for files from instruction through to completion while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions
  • Acting on behalf of clients in complex and high-value property transactions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders
  • Delivering a consistently high level of client care and commercial awareness
  • Supporting business development initiatives and helping to strengthen the firm's profile within the local market

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE within residential property law
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing matters
