• Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning
• Managing probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and administering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Assisting with Court of Protection matters where required
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the private client team

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in private client law
• Experience managing a broad range of private client matters with minimal supervision
