The Role
You will join a busy Residential Property team handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. The role would suit an experienced conveyancer who is confident managing files while also enjoying the support and collaboration of an experienced team.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of:

• Working within a residential property department across a variety of conveyancing matters
• Managing their own caseload with support from colleagues where required
• Understanding the regional residential property market, including current challenges and opportunities
