A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and globally is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Disputes team in London. The firm is renowned for its collaborative culture, sector expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

The Role
The successful candidate will work on high-value, complex property litigation matters for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of real estate disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, development disputes, rights of light, restrictive covenants, and property-related professional negligence claims.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice and deliver practical solutions to clients.
• Collaborate within a team environment and support junior lawyers through supervision and mentoring.
• Participate in business development activities, including client training, seminars, and networking events.
• Contribute to the growth of the Real Estate Disputes practice and the wider Real Estate sector group.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in real estate litigation (experience in rights of light and development disputes is advantageous).
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
• A proactive approach to client service and business development.
