Private Client Solicitor

Location: Leigh-on-Sea and Chelmsford offices

We're recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and supportive law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team with a strong client-focused culture.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide clear, practical and empathetic legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet clients both in person and remotely.
• Draft legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and maintain excellent file management.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
• Support business development and help grow the firm's client base.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience (3+)
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Compassionate, professional and approachable.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
