Private Client Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a busy and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE who is confident managing a varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. You'll work independently while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Estate administration.
• Managing probate matters.
• Advising on tax planning.
• Providing advice on inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Delivering clear, practical legal advice and exceptional client service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status.
• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client work.
• The ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and accessible way.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
