The Role

You'll take a leading role within the Estates, Tax and Trusts team, managing high-quality work while helping to grow the department through strong client relationships and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of private client matters.
• Estate administration.
• Succession planning.
• Tax planning and trusts.
• Providing strategic advice on complex private wealth matters.
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Identifying internal referral opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.

About You

You'll be an experienced Private Client lawyer with:

• Significant experience advising on private client matters, particularly for high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong expertise in estate administration, succession planning, tax and trusts (with the flexibility to specialise in particular areas).
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• A commercial and proactive approach to developing client relationships.
• Leadership qualities and the ambition to play a key role in growing a successful practice.
• A genuine desire to progress towards Partnership.
