Private Client Solicitor | Hertford | Full-time, Permanent

A well-established and friendly Hertford law firm is seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join its supportive and professional team.

You will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

• Trust creation and management

• Inheritance tax and succession planning

About You

You will provide clear, empathetic advice and build strong, long-term client relationships

• Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE preferred, but all levels considered)

• Strong experience in Private Client law

• Excellent communication and client-care skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and collaboratively

• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
