Private Client Solicitor - Mid PQE
Location: London (hybrid options available)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

I am working with a well-established London law firm that is looking to hire a mid-PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This role offers a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious private client work, giving you the opportunity to develop a varied and high-profile caseload while working alongside senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing estate administration for high-net-worth clients, including probate and post-death tax planning
• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trust documents
• Advising on inheritance and succession planning
• Acting on contentious private client matters, including disputed estates and trust disputes
• Liaising with clients, executors, trustees, and professional advisors
• Handling full case management, including compliance, billing, and reporting

Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years PQE in private client work, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estates, and probate administration
• Confident in managing a caseload independently while supporting team matters
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commercially minded, proactive, and organised
