Private Client Solicitor | Wickford

A well-established firm is seeking a skilled Private Client Lawyer to step into established caseloads and play a key role in the ongoing growth of our department.

About the Role

In this client-facing position, you will manage your own varied caseload, covering all aspects of Private Client work, including:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estate Administration
• Estate & Tax Planning
• Trust Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Other related Private Client work

You will also provide support to colleagues within the team as needed. The role includes elements of business development, so confidence in building, developing and maintaining strong client relationships is essential.

About You

• A minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law
• Excellent client-care skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• An interest in contributing to the team's growth and reputation
