Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload with supervision on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, probate, and estate administration.

• Oversee costing, billing, and credit control on own files, ensuring efficient management of financial aspects.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor (or professional equivalent) with experience in private client law.
• Strong understanding of wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, probate, and estate administration.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, providing clear and practical advice.
• Competent in IT applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using case management systems.
