Private Client Solicitor

As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll handle a varied caseload and provide clear, professional advice to clients. You'll work with modern case management systems in a collaborative environment that values client care and compliance.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and advising on simple and complex wills, lifetime tax planning, and powers of attorney
• Managing probate and estate administration, including elderly client matters and Court of Protection cases
• Maintaining billing levels in line with agreed targets
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business

We're Looking For

• Sound knowledge and experience in private client law
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with compliance procedures and quality standards
• Strong IT skills and ability to use case management systems
• A proactive, team-focused approach with genuine interest in private client work
