A highly regarded and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior private client lawyer looking to take on a strategic role within a growing practice. The Role

You will advise a broad range of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on complex private client matters, while playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the department.

The team has an excellent reputation in the Kent market and continues to attract high-quality instructions, providing an excellent platform for a senior lawyer looking to further develop their profile and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on wills, trusts and estate planning
• Inheritance tax and succession planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on complex wealth preservation matters
• Building and maintaining referral relationships
• Supporting the ongoing growth of the private client team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' experience in private client law
• Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients
• Proven business development and networking skills
• Established profile within Kent or the wider South East market
• STEP qualification would be advantageous
