Working closely alongside a leading Private Client Partner, you will play a key role in the continued development of the firm's Private Wealth offering. The Role

You will work on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Succession and wealth preservation planning
• Lifetime gifting and asset protection
• Advising business owners, high-net-worth individuals and families
• Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management

About You

We are looking for a solicitor who:

• Is UK qualified with ideally 2+ years' Private Client experience
• Possesses strong technical expertise across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Is commercially aware and client-focused
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress their career
• Enjoys contributing to the growth and success of a team
• Has knowledge of the Birmingham and wider West Midlands market
• Brings a positive, collaborative approach to their work
