An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and growing Private Client team in Wolverhampton.

This role is ideal for an established lawyer looking to build on their success within a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking environment. You'll benefit from high-quality work, a strong and loyal client base, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including:

✅ Wills and Estate Planning
✅ Probate and Estate Administration
✅ Trust Creation and Administration
✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney
✅ Inheritance Tax Planning
✅ Succession and Wealth Preservation Planning

Beyond fee-earning, you will play an active role in developing relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional referrers, helping to further strengthen the firm's presence across the Black Country region.

About You

You will be:

• A UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Private Client.
• Technically strong across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload independently.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in networking and business development.
• An excellent communicator with strong client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Ambitious and looking for a role that offers genuine career progression.

STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous.
