The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters while becoming an important part of a collaborative and highly respected team.

The role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent client contact and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a successful department. Senior Associate Solicitor/ Salaried Partnership

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of family law matters, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy matters
  • Child arrangements
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth Associate/ Senior Associate Solicitor/ Salaried Partnership

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach
