Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx with 10+ years' PQE looking for a strategic leadership role within a highly respected regional team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior private client lawyer to join a thriving East Midlands practice, with the chance to work on complex, high-value matters for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landed estates, trustees and families.

🔹 Lead on sophisticated private client matters, including inheritance tax planning, trusts, estate administration, succession planning, LPAs and Court of Protection work
🔹 Advise a prestigious and diverse client base with significant assets and estate planning requirements
🔹 Mentor and develop junior lawyers while helping shape the future direction of the team
🔹 Play an active role in networking, business development and growing an already successful practice

This role would suit an ambitious private client specialist with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

✅ 10+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
✅ Strong experience across trusts, estates, taxation and succession planning
✅ Business development and relationship-building skills
✅ STEP qualified or willing to work towards qualification
✅ Previous supervision or leadership experience desirable
