We are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Associate to join a Legal 500 ranked regional law firm in Kent within their Wills, Estate & Tax Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Private Client lawyer with a clear ambition to progress toward partnership in a supportive and well-established firm.

This highly respected, long-established regional law firm is renowned for its exceptional client service. The Estates, Tax & Succession team advises individuals, families, and business owners on complex estate planning, tax structuring, and succession matters.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working with clients such as high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, and trustees. Typical matters include:

Estate and inheritance tax planning

Drafting and advising on Wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney

Lifetime giving and philanthropic planning

Cross-border estate issues
You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to strategic aspects of practice management and client relationship development, while receiving the support needed to build a clear pathway toward partnership.
Candidate Requirements

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong Private Client experience

STEP qualification (or working towards) preferred

Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships

Excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness

Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
