Job Title: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (Trainee, Newly Qualified or Up to 3 Years' PQE)

The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a dynamic, well-established City law firm. This is a perfect role for someone who is soon-to-qualify, newly qualified, or with up to three years' post-qualification experience, looking to develop their career in a supportive yet fast-paced environment.

The Role:

You will be managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload, taking responsibility for approximately 15-20 new files per month. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties. The role provides excellent exposure to high-quality clients and the chance to build your reputation in the City.
Candidate Requirements:

• Soon-to-qualify, newly qualified, or up to 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ideally trained at a recognised law firm.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ambition to make an impact and develop your career in the City.
