About this role

Medical Negligence Associate Solicitor - High Wycombe
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Associate Solicitor to join their expanding clinical negligence team based in High Wycombe.

The Role:
The successful candidate will have 3 to 4 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) and proven expertise in managing medical negligence cases through all stages, from inception to conclusion. Experience handling personal injury claims is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant case law and changes to fixed costs and clinical negligence pre-action protocols, particularly for cases under £25,000.
  • Meeting fee-earning targets aligned with experience.
  • Completing own typing and administrative tasks.
  • Working primarily from the office during standard hours (9 am - 5 pm), with some flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Collaborating closely with team members as a committed team player.

Candidate Profile:
