Head of Product - Workday
Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid (Home + 1-2 days per week in London, flexible depending on location.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Product to take ownership of a large-scale Workday platform, shaping its roadmap and delivering innovative solutions that drive people, performance, and business impact.

The Role

• Define and deliver the Workday product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Lead the Workday platform roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic development.

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, and Talent Optimisation.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and influence product direction.

• Lead and mentor a small team, embedding agile and customer-led practices.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head of Product or Product Lead within Workday environments.

• Deep, hands-on Workday expertise across configuration, integrations, and lifecycle management.

• Experience managing complex product portfolios and leading agile teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to shape decisions.

• Workday Pro Certification is advantageous.

Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid position, combining home working with 1-2 days per week in the London office. Flexibility is encouraged based on collaboration needs.
