Henderson Scott Finance and Accounting are working with a SME practice in Derbyshire to appoint a Financial Controller to head up their internal team. This is a newly created role to join a medium sized practice reporting into the Managing Director.

Your profile

You'll take a key leadership role, managing both our UK transactional team and an offshore team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of financial reporting.

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong people management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and business growth.

Package: Circa £75,000 + benefits plus offering equity share in the future.
Location: Derby (hybrid - 3 days in office)
