Family Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Wokingham & Farnham

Join a highly regarded, Lexcel-accredited law firm with a strong reputation across the Thames Valley and Surrey, and play an important role in the continued growth of its Family department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor, ideally with 5+ PQE, to work across the firm's Wokingham and Farnham offices and help build and develop the department further.

You'll manage a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial matters and private children work, while providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients navigating important life decisions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements and private children matters
• Advising clients with sensitivity, clarity and a strong focus on client care
• Drafting legal documents, agreements and court applications
• Liaising with courts, barristers and other professionals to progress matters effectively
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Family department
• Building relationships and contributing to the firm's wider business development activities

We're looking for:

• A qualified Family Solicitor with ideally 5+ PQE
• Strong experience across divorce, finance and children work
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A genuine interest in contributing to the growth of a department and developing your own practice
• Experience or interest in recognised professional frameworks such as Resolution would be advantageous
