Role: Family Solicitor (2+ PQE)
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £45,000+ depending on experience plus Benefits Package

The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its successful Family team based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters while working closely with experienced colleagues and building long-term client relationships. Working alongside respected specialists, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the department. The role offers hybrid working with four days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Family department.

You will likely have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE within Family Law.
• Experience managing your own caseload of family matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across divorce and children work.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to your work.
