The Opportunity A highly regarded and expanding Family team is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join its successful practice based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters while working closely with experienced specialists on both straightforward and complex cases. Working alongside respected colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the department. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• Advising clients on separation, cohabitation disputes and related family law issues.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Family practice.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

You will likely have:

• Between 3 and 5 years' PQE within Family Law.
• Experience handling your own caseload of divorce, financial remedy and children matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and networking.
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the long-term success of the team.
