Family Solicitor - 3+ PQE

Location: Harrow, London (Hybrid Working Available)

A highly regarded multi-service law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its thriving and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a family lawyer with strong technical ability to work on a varied caseload of high-quality family matters, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will handle a diverse mix of privately funded family law cases, including:

• Financial remedy proceedings, including high-net-worth and complex matters
• Private children law cases, including residence, contact, and specific issue applications
• Advising and representing clients through sensitive and emotionally charged situations
• Working both independently and alongside a senior solicitor on more complex cases
• Supporting business development activities to further grow the department's reputation

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in family law
• Strong track record in both financial remedy and private children matters
• Confidence in handling high-net-worth, complex, and sensitive cases
• Excellent client care skills, with a compassionate yet commercially minded approach
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Desire to contribute to business growth through networking and client relationship management
