Leading Full-Service Law Firm | Employment Associate | London

I'm working with an exceptional full-service Legal 500-ranked Law Firm, where their employment team is trusted on some of the most sensitive, high‑stakes matters in the market. They're now looking to bring in an Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to strengthen their growing practice.

The Role

• Advising employers and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment matters

• Managing contentious work including Employment Tribunal litigation

• Supporting corporate transactions, TUPE, restructures, and workforce strategy

• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

• Working closely with partners on high‑profile and sensitive matters

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across varied sectors

• Contributing to BD, thought leadership, and wider team initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ PQE within a recognised employment practice

• Strong mix of contentious and non‑contentious experience

• Confident handling matters with appropriate autonomy
